This research was in the context of Java enterprise applications. The tested DBMS were: MSSQL (Relational) MySQL (Relational) Versant (Object Oriented) Caché (Object Oriented) RDBMS vs ODBMS paper (dutch) iPhone development In this research paper executed by Luvare three different programming languages/techniques were tested. The goal for this research was to find a suitable way for software company Masc to start developing for the iPhone platform. The similarities in their already existing process and the development speed were important keys to making a choice. The tested techniques were: Objective C - Cocoa Touch C# - Mono Touch HTML & JavaScript - PhoneGap iphone development paper (dutch) (this paper is not yet released)
